Major Anandrao Ghatge College of Arts, Commerce and Science,Kapshi (se). College is

established with an aim to provide higher education in rural areas student those who could

not go to city colleges.

This college tentatively located in kapshi- balikre road .The college is affiliated with Shivaji

University Kolhapur.

This college was founded and managed by honorable Sanjaybaba Ghatge. He kept his

father’s name to be a college name .It is one of the premier college established to impart

and provide the field of higher education for the deserving students and Prove to be a

milestone in the part of progress.

The college has an enthusiastic and motivatative teaching staff.

The college has a library with a good number of books on various subject to meet the needs of the

students as well as the teachers with reading room facility.
